Steered by forging community resilience towards a sustainable future, AIRSIDE is the latest exemplar of Nan Fung Group’s commitment to sustainability with a vision of creating a cohabitation for both humans and nature.

The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals have been adopted as the design blueprint for AIRSIDE. Every sustainable design detail has been carefully crafted in line with this framework to make AIRSIDE the first building in Hong Kong to receive five most recognised green-building certifications. These include LEED C&S Platinum Certification, China Green Building Label 3 Stars, WELL Platinum Final, BEAM Plus Neighbourhood (ND) Platinum, and BEAM Plus New Building (NB) Platinum Provisional Certificate.

AIRSIDE is also advocating a sustainable green lifestyle supported by unique facilities, with a number of firsts in Hong Kong achieved, such as Hong Kong’s first smart bicycle parking system, automatic refuse collection system, and first Hong Kong commercial development connected to the Kai Tak District Cooling System, marking AIRSIDE as one of the most environmentally friendly landmarks in town.
